Iliza Shlesinger Wins Last Comic standing on comedy show
American comedian Iliza Shlesinger is the winner of the Last Comic Standing 6. In age 27, Shlesinger is the first female and also the youngest winner of NBC’s Last Comic Standing. The three finalists left in the competition are Marcus, Iliza Shlesinger and Jeff Dye, who was the first participant among the three who was eliminated during the finals.
Shlesinger was one of the most popular members of the “Whiteboy Comedy“. Whiteboy Comedy is a group of stand-up comedians in Los angeles. The 6th season of Last Comic Standing began airing its first show in May 2008. The reality show was hosted by Bill Bellamy and co-hosted by Fearne Cotton.
The Last Comic Standing is a reality talent show that has aired from 2003 to 2010. The objective was to select a coedian from a group, who will receive a development contract with NBC. Iliza Shlesinger was born in Dallas on February 22, 1983 and graduated from Emerson College. Shlesinger is now hosting a show called the Weakly News at TheStream.tv.
